The times above are estimates and exclude customs delays, holidays or uncontrollable events. Actual delivery depends on the shipping tracking record.

• Total turnaround: approximately 25-35 business days

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every order is packaged in a custom high-density foam box with multi-layer protection for safe international transport.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes and customs charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs processing can extend the transit time beyond the estimate above.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number is provided so you can follow the delivery progress. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at admin@xzounasen.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
